Re: Golf Tournament for Community Support Program

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

We would like to thank Coca cola for helping the mission program of Hope Korean Presbyterian Church of Yakima (HKPCY, Yakima, WA) for many years. For this year, we have decided to host our annual golf tournament for our outreach program including local habitat support, meals on wheels, Union Gospel church, and a meeting with Korean War veterans. Additionally, we are strongly involved in programs of community services and international missions (Peru, Egypt, India, Cambodia, China and Nicaragua) for many years.

 

We are planning a day of fun and games with a shot-gun starting at 1:00 pm followed by dinner and awards ceremony on April 21th, 2018 at Apple Tree Golf Course, Yakima, WA. We are expecting around 60 participants at the same time.

 

It does not matter whether participants are scratch golfers or hackers. What does matter is that they come out and have some fun and help our great program. We will send all raised money to community service program after the tournament. We will greatly appreciate if your company can contribute to this event.

 

We officially invite Coca cola to this event. We will give many different gifts and prizes to the participants. We greatly appreciate your generous sponsorships for 13 years for our fundraising events and endless supports for our community. Although there are more generous supporters joining us this year, we will greatly appreciate if Coca cola becomes one of the sponsors for this event.
